People instantly associate "getting in shape" with "getting a gym membership." We teach our clients how to do effective workouts in the comfort and convenience of their own home. Once you have your in- home fitness education you no longer have to spend all of that money on a gym membership or waste the time traveling back and forth.

Only have 30 mins to squeeze in a workout? No problem, work out at home!

Nutritional Therapy is a new form of nutritional counseling rooted in the wisdom of traditional diets.   It works with the underlying foundations of health such as digestion and blood sugar balance to restore health and wellness to the body.   It is effective for chronic digestive problems, weight loss, childhood health issues, chronic fatigue and autoimmune issues to name just a few.

“I've worked with Craig several times over the past year, and I've been highly impressed with his knowledge and his ability to motivate and keep me focused on making better nutritional choices. Craig has an incredible breadth of knowledge around nutrition and weight loss, and has helped me to lose almost 20 pounds. When following his program and guidelines, the weight came off easily and quickly. It has been a pleasure to work with him, and I'm sure we will continue to work together in the future."    Mindi Palmer Fried

Reed Schimmelfing
Bright Light Therapy

Picture
In today's society, it is very difficult to stay connected to the natural flow of the days and seasons. Our
brains and bodies depend on the sun to stay connected to that flow. When we lose that connection, we
risk dis-ease that can take many forms. At New Light Solutions, we use bright light to help a person
better manage their own rhythms to relieve symptoms of numerous conditions including depression,
sleep problems, PMS, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and Parkinson's disease.

Reed's research-based practice includes a thorough assessment to determine if a person is a bright light
therapy candidate. New Light Solutions offers rental and sale of equipment to meet your needs.

Reed is a member of the international Society for Light Treatment and Biological Rhythms. Learn
